  • Yes, 50% of your schedule appointment fee will be charged to your account if at least 48 hour notice is not given prior to appointment date and time. This also applies if you are a no show to your appointment.

  • We do prescribe controlled medications but only when deemed necessary as part of an individualized treatment plan tailored to each patient's unique needs. Our provider ensures that any prescribed medications are carefully chosen to support your overall health and journey towards healing.

  • This applies more to the patients seeking mental health services. Requests for changes in medications and refills on existing prescriptions are best handled during your scheduled office visit. Our provider will typically provide prescriptions to last until the next scheduled appointment. We urge you to schedule your follow-up appointment before you conclude your visit so that you do not run out of your medications. In situations where you must cancel your scheduled appointment for a valid reason, the provider may provide a bridge refill as a one-time courtesy. It may seem inconvenient, but best practice is to manage medications at the time of visit. We want to ensure that you are doing well, and you are getting the correct medications at the correct dose for your health condition.

  • Currently, our services are all provided via telehealth from the comfort of your home.

  • Messages through your Charm Health patient portal, messages via the Contact Us tab, or messages via your Spruce Health account is the best way to communicate with your provider. You can also email us directly at admin@sonimedhealth.com
